Over 120 people attended the Moore Sloan Data Science Summit Nov. 5 – 8, 2017, in New Orleans, LA. The conference, held to foster collaboration as part of the Moore Sloan Data Science Environments initiative, featured workshops, networking events, career development activities, seminars, lightning talks and much more.

Graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, researchers, and faculty affiliated with the eScience Institute presented at the event, which was also attended by partners from the New York University (NYU) Center for Data Science and the University of California, Berkeley’s Institute for Data Science.
