Sikha is an incoming postdoc in Summer 2025 and will work under the supervision of Dr. Martine De Cock at UW Tacoma where she will focus on privacy-preserving generation of synthetic healthcare and genomics data. Her research interests lie in the broader area of responsible and trustworthy AI. She is currently a PhD candidate with her research in the area of privacy-preserving AI. She has also worked at the intersection of privacy and fairness, and privacy and explainability.
