Changye Li is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Biomedical Informatics and Medical Education at the University of Washington, working with Prof. Trevor Cohen. Her research interests include better adapting and developing explainable natural language processing (NLP) and speech processing models with biomedical/clinical and behavioral data. She obtained her Ph.D. in Health Informatics at the University of Minnesota, where her dissertation focused on detecting cognitive impairment from language and speech for early screening of Alzheimer’s disease dementia using interpretable transformer-based language models.
