Yuhui is a postdoctoral scholar in the Nobel Lab at the University of Washington’s Department of Genome Sciences. She earned her PhD in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington, where she developed computational methods for small molecule mass spectrometry analysis. Her current research focuses on computational biology, proteomics mass spectrometry, and deep learning.
