I am a postdoctoral scholar at the Cooperative Institute for Climate, Ocean, & Ecosystem Studies, sitting at NOAA PMEL. I work with Dr. Zach Erickson (NOAA PMEL), Dr. Emily Lemagie (NOAA PMEL), Dr. Wei Cheng (NOAA PMEL), and Dr. Al Hermann (CICOES) to study the life cycle and biogeochemical impacts of eddies in the Gulf of Alaska (GOA). My broader research interests include ocean and climate predictability and marine heatwaves. Prior to my current position, I received a Ph.D. in Oceanography: Advanced Data Science from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Physics from Carleton College.
