Arachaporn (Waen) Anutaliya is a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Washington’s Applied Physics Laboratory. She is interested in equatorial wave dynamics and their role in climate variability as well as low-latitude boundary currents and their variabilities. I am currently working with Prof. Caitline Whalen on the Mixing belOw Tropical Instability waVEs (MOTIVE) project that investigates mixing processes associated with tropical instability waves which are giant sideways waves along the equator.
