My research interests lie in the use of computational modeling and simulation to elucidate the mechanisms underlying the initiation and perpetuation of abnormal heart rhythms. Here at UW, I am a postdoctoral scholar at the Cardiac Systems and Simulation lab in the Bioengineering department (CardSS) supervised by Dr. Patrick Boyle. At CardSS, I lead the single-ventricle arrhythmia (SVA) project. My roles primarily involve generating virtual hearts from the MRIs of SVA patients and conducting biophysically detailed simulations to assess the inducibility of arrhythmias in these patients.
