I am a computational biologist developing interpretable machine learning methods to study complex biological systems. My work spans protein language modeling, genomics, and metagenomics, with a current focus on multi-omic data integration and disease prediction.  I completed my PhD in Bioengineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and am now working in Bill Noble’s lab at UW.
