I am broadly interested in how context and metacognitive experiences influence judgment and decision-making. My current research focuses on why people believe and share information. I apply this work to understand why misinformation spreads and to help develop strategies for effective misinformation correction. In my research, I utilize a variety of inferential statistical methods including fixed effect, mixed effect, multilevel modeling, and meta-analytic approaches with R, SPSS, and CMA. I also have a strong background in research design that I apply in my own work and contribute to interdisciplinary collaborations.
