The eScience Institute’s special interest group in neuroinformatics is an inclusive forum for discussion of the use of modern data-intensive technologies in neuroscience. For more information about the aims of this group, see: https://uwescience.github.io/neuroinformatics/2017/09/07/charter.html

During the quarter, the SIG will meet once every two weeks on Thursday at 11 AM. Meetings will take place in the Center for Computational Neuroscience (HSB G-207), and could include code reviews, tutorials on computational methods, journal clubs, and joint work sessions, among other formats.

Graduate students can participate in these meeting as a 1-unit course (requiring full participation and presentation at one of the meetings of the SIG).
