The HSI STEM Hub, in collaboration with the West Big Data Hub, is offering a two-day workshop held at the University of Washington eScience Institute which will provide an overview of data science methods, tools and approaches for incorporating data science in the STEM curriculum. This workshop, which runs September 16th-17th, provides an opportunity for collaboration on ethical, community-engaging work.
Instructors at the workshop include Jose Hernandez, Ariel Rokem, Amanda Tan, and Anissa Tanweer from the eScience Institute, as well as Kate Hertweck from Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center.
