An Introduction to Bayesian Belief Networks
Speaker: Joseph L. Hellerstein, eScience Institute, Computer Science & Engineering
Bayesian Belief Networks (BBNs) provide a concise way to represent complex dependencies between random variables and make inferences about them. This talk provides an introduction to BBN’s, including a discussion of a python package for BBN inference. Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptops.
